Eligibility Criteria
1. Sponsor Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or registered under the Canadian Indian Act.
- If a permanent resident, must reside in Canada.
2. Relationship Eligibility
- Eligible dependents include biological or adopted children under a certain age.
